Employment Standards Rights for Temporary Help Agency Assignment Employees

The Employment Standards Act, 2000 (ESA) sets minimum standards for most workplaces in Ontario, such as minimum wage and limits on hours of work. Special rules and exemptions apply to certain employees, including assignment employees of temporary help agencies.
