 How long does the recruitment process take?

The duration of the recruitment process can vary depending on the specific role and the employer’s requirements. For most commercial positions, it typically takes between one to two weeks from application to placement.

How do I prepare for an interview?

Preparation is key! Review the job description, research the company, and be ready to discuss how your qualifications fit the role. Practice answering behavioural questions using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result), and prepare some questions to ask the interviewer about the role and company culture.
