Payroll Deduction Inquiry Form
Depending on the assignment, associates of The Job Shoppe may be subject to one or more of the following payroll deductions:
- ID Badge
- Associate Administration Fee
- Union Dues Contributions
- Pre-Employment Criminal Background Screening
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
Prior to an associate accepting an assignment, their recruiter will review and explain any applicable deductions to them.
Any assignment-specific deductions are also outlined on the Assignment Details Sheet.
