Badge Return and Refund Inquiry Form
To receive reimbursement of the ID Badge fee (previously deducted), associates must return their ID Badge to The Job Shoppe within seven (7) days upon completing their assignment at a client's location.
- Windsor Drop-Off Instructions: Please return your ID badge to The Job Shoppe at 12021 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8N 1M1
If the ID Badge is not returned in good working condition within this time, the deposit will be forfeited.
