OFFICE MANAGER AND BOOKKEEPER (3–5 YEARS EXPERIENCE)

SUMMARY:
The Job Shoppe is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager and Bookkeeper to join a leading packaging solution team. This dual role combines administrative support and financial management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day office operations while ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Office Management:
• Oversee and manage daily office operations for smooth and efficient workflow.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests.
• Maintain office supplies and keep the office environment well-organized.
• Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
Bookkeeping and Financial Responsibilities:
• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, maintaining accurate financial transaction records.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Maintain the general ledger and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Handle invoicing and ensure payments are recorded promptly.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• 3–5 years of office management and bookkeeping experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
