We are seeking an experienced and results-driven <strong>Recruitment Manager</strong> to lead and optimize our recruitment operations. This role involves overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle for hiring campaigns, ensuring the delivery of qualified candidates to meet client demands while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.<br>

<strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong>
<p><strong>Leadership and Team Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure optimal performance and achievement of recruitment goals.
<li>Develop training programs to enhance the skills and productivity of the recruitment team.
<li>Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
</ul>
<p><strong>Strategic Recruitment</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design and execute high-volume and specialized recruitment strategies to meet client staffing demands within tight deadlines.
<li>Collaborate with clients to understand their unique staffing requirements and ensure satisfaction.
<li>Utilize data-driven approaches to identify and resolve recruitment challenges.
</ul>
<p><strong>Client Management and Development</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support clients, ensuring timely communication, delivery, and resolution of issues.
<li>Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic consultation.
<li>Identify opportunities for expanding existing accounts and participate in new business development activities.
<li>Collaborate with the business development team to tailor recruitment strategies that align with client goals and evolving needs.
<li>Track client satisfaction and implement feedback to enhance service delivery and retention.
</ul>
<p><strong>Candidate Sourcing and Engagement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Leverage diverse sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and community partnerships, to attract a broad pool of candidates.
<li>Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and efficient processes.
<li>Foster relationships with educational institutions, community organizations, and industry groups to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
</ul>
<p><strong>Compliance and Process Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all recruitment and HR activities adhere to relevant labour laws, including the Employment Standards Act (ESA), and company policies.
<li>Oversee WSIB reporting and claims management, ensuring timely submission and effective follow-up on workplace incidents.
<li>Manage employee leave requests including sick leave, parental leave, and other statutory entitlements, in accordance with legislative and organizational policies.
<li>Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment and HR processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and legal compliance.
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit purposes and internal controls.
</ul>
<p><strong>Outreach and Networking</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Occasional travel to job fairs and networking functions to represent the company, attract top talent, and build relationships with community partners and industry stakeholders.
</ul>
<strong>Position Requirements:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
<li>5+ years of proven experience leading high-volume recruitment in a staffing or similar environment, with a strong track record of supporting, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
<li>Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
<li>Ability to travel occasionally as needed for recruitment events.
<li>Maintain standard working hours with flexibility during peak recruitment periods.
