Responsibilities may include: <ul> <li>Cutting, trimming, and removing turkey parts using industrial food production equipment <li>Following all safety and hygiene protocols (e.g., wearing appropriate PPE such as steel-toe rubber boots, hair nets, gloves, safety glasses, etc.) <li>Maintaining cleanliness of work areas in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) <li>Inspecting and verifying product quality to meet food safety standards <li>Collaborating with team members, including Lead Hands and Supervisors, to meet production targets <li>Performing additional tasks as assigned by management </ul> <p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p> <ul> <li>Varying temperatures and damp, wet conditions <li>Fast-paced production setting <li>Heavy lifting (up to 30 lbs) <li>Frequent standing, bending, and walking for extended periods of time <li>Strong focus on safety, with additional protective gear provided as needed </ul> <p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions <li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent <li>Reliable transportation (location is not on a bus route) <li>CSA-approved safety shoes required <li>Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or fast-paced environment is an asset </ul> <h3> </h3> <strong>About The Job Shoppe</strong><br> The Job Shoppe is an international award-winning full-service Human Resource Firm that has provided world-class business solutions for nearly 20 years.
