Whether you&apos;ve worked in manufacturing, construction, landscaping, commercial kitchens, or another physically demanding role, we encourage you to apply.</p> </br> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Windsor, Ontario</p> <p><strong>Wage:</strong> $18.60/hour</p> <p><strong>Start Date:</strong> Hiring immediately, with various start dates available</p> <p><strong>Position Type:</strong> Full-Time, On-going (Must be available to work 40 hrs weekly plus overtime)</p> <p><strong>Shifts:</strong> Must be available for Day and Afternoon Swing Shifts or Straight Midnights</p> <p>What You&apos;ll Be Doing</p> <p>As an Automotive Production Associate, you&apos;ll play an important role in the production of automotive components by working safely, efficiently, and as part of a team in a physically active manufacturing environment.</p> </br> <p><strong>Responsibilities may include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Repetitive lifting of automotive parts, including car doors, bumpers, and other components weighing 50+ lbs <li>Loading and unloading parts from a moving production line <li>Lifting materials above shoulder height throughout the shift <li>Packaging and labeling finished products <li>Performing visual quality inspections <li>Supporting inventory control activities <li>Maintaining a clean and safe work area <li>Following all safety, quality, and production standards </ul> <p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment is preferred.
