You are responsible for reporting your absence to both The Job Shoppe and the client you are on assignment with. Refer to your Assignment Details sheet for the client-specific call-out number and ensure you contact them as required.

Failure to notify both parties will result in a No Call, No Show, which can lead to disciplinary actions.

Additionally, a member of The Job Shoppe's internal team may reach out for further information regarding your absence.

Please remember that you are REQUIRED to call in every day you are absent. Failure to do so will result in further No Call, No Show incidents, which may impact your employment status.
